This product is a joint venture of two companies with an excellent record in strategic consulting and two personalities with a strong visionary palmares. For the last three years the two have been refining the process of evaluating websites in order to come up with solid, actionable results.

Interactive Publishing GmbH is headed by Norbert Specker. The Swiss company founded the leading conference for European online publishing executives in 1994. Norbert Specker has been a judge for the prestigious American Eppy Awards for online newspapers since 1996, initiator for the IP Top Awards Europe judging media and corporate websites, member of the Advsiory Board of the Mediacenter (American Press Institute) and interactive content consultant to numerous companies. In 1998, he was included in the '50 international new media names to know' list of the "Online Journalism Revue" (Annenberg School of Communication/USC) and is writing, speaking and advising internationally.

Nextpractice is a company that grew out of Neuhimmel Unternehmensberatung GmbH, a consulting company run by Professor Dr. Peter Kruse. The company has been highly successful in creating and monitoring change. Peter Kruse has championed networking processes for more than a decade and was responsible for leveraging the 15 years of scientific research that underlays iBenchmarker into the Nextexpertizer tool. He is active in various sectors of the industry such as trading corporations, financial service providers as well as media and industrial companies. Among his customers are many companies which rank within the top 100 of the European economy. These include e.g. ABB, BASF, Bayer, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Post, Gruner + Jahr, HypoVereinsbank, Metro, Otto, Siemens, Thyssen Krupp, Unilever and many more.
